Always having a passion for the culinary arts (following in my mother’s steps) and having a sweet tooth, I started baking as a hobby at the end of 2009, making treats for family and friends. Over years of trying new things and following the latest culinary trends, I found out how much I love creating and how gratifying it is to see people smile when they receive their cakes, especially the kids.

Ten years later, with my love and dedication for baking, and the help and support of my family, I embarked on a new journey and opened Nurys Cakes Bakeshop in 2019. Located in the heart of Bayonne, New Jersey we have become a feature of the local scene. Passerby often stop at the shop window to admire the stunning cakes on display or to test our delicious cakes, cupcakes, and sweets.
