Deposits and payments are non-refundable or transferable in case of cancellation at any given time, nor are they credited to future orders or kept as credit.

Once you have paid a deposit a reminder of payment for the balance will be automatically sent to your email address 7 days prior to your event
date and should be paid immediately to ensure your order gets prepared in a timely manner.
